For your assignment you are to complete your own “keyword,” inspired by the text from Raymond Williams’s Keywords. The entry should include more than one definition of the assigned term, and should provide some commentary based on looking up the word’s history, other definitions, and importance within the assigned reading. (1) Everyone has to write their own “keyword” entry (and to undertake this exercise, you can rely on the bibliographic resources — e.g., the Oxford English Dictionary — as well as other reputable sources found in the library).
