Apa style paper

No references needed. The paper is suppose to be a reflection of a mental health fair I attended. Please talk about how i learned more about myself and how we  did scenario on how to talk someone out of a problem during a mental breakdown. The day consisted of a discussion on suicide. Talk about how some of my classmates shared stories about thoughts of suicide and sad I felt that every day people deal with this problem. The paper need to be 1 page.
